DIVISIONAL PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARDS 2011/12

As is now traditional, there are TWO Divisional awards up for grabs. The "Player of the Year" award focuses on individual players Win/Loss records, whilst the "Captains' Player of the Yeat" concentrated on the number of MOMs awarded.
We are delighted to announce the winners for 2011/2012 are as follows:
DIVISION ONE PLAYER OF THE YEAR
ROB DAGNALL (Scala Snooker)
Rob completed the season with a quite brilliant record of 21 Wins in 25 League Games played this year. He wins the award ahead of Terry Wilkie of St.Annes Town (20 Wins out of 27) and Ste Whittaker (18 Wins out of 27)
DIVISION ONE CAPTAINS PLAYER OF THE YEAR
STE WHITTAKER (Holy Cross)
Ste has been arguably the performer this year and has won the Captains award with 13 MOMs this season. He finished 4 ahead of closest challengers Terry Wilkie and Kieran Helsby of Parr Cons WMC who were tied with 9 MOMs each.
DIVISION TWO PLAYER OF THE YEAR
AARON McCANN (East Sutton Labour 1)
Aaron marked a tremendous year with 21 Wins out of 25 Games. He won the award after a very close finish with Jeff Gray of St.Teresas 2 (20 out of 25) just pipped at the post, and Liam Dodd of Sutton Cricket (18 wins out of 25) in third.
DIVISION TWO CAPTAINS PLAYER OF THE YEAR
JEFF GRAY (St.Teresas 2)
An Outstanding achievement for the St.Teresas man as he takes the Captains award with 12 MOMs this season. Closest challengers were Louise Ollerton of Birchley St.Marys (10 MOMs) and Darren Bainbridge of Sidac (9 MOMs)
